Can't Get There (new player to PD2 from PD1)

I have just sat down to play PD's 1 and 2 and thought I might try to see if I could get Erik started on PD2. Well from his PD1, from an invitation, and from the link on my page all I got was "Page Not Found". I'm not sure if this happens across board, but it certainly is no way to increase players.

I've tested it using the link from PD1, via invitation, and from the referral link on the invitation page; both with the user having had a previous dragon as well as having no previously existing dragon, but I can't replicate this, so I can't figure out why he can't access it, I'm sorry.

Perhaps he has third party cookies blocked? Aren't those required for both PD applications?

shouldn't be cookies, I have both apps on my FB and can access them both from his computer through my account. just can't get there with his FB.

Did Erik at some point ask FB to block PD2 (as in maybe he got tired of invites)?
