It would be nice but if it results in a higher level of bugs caused by people all accessing turns at the same time I wouldn't want it.

i think if the solution was that simple they would have done it already (heard somebody say this already). what would be more convenient? turns at 6 am so when they wake up they can see the problem but have no time to fix before work, leaving RO stuck for 8 hours+ until they get home? That's assuming they want to get in the door, ignore their families and sit at they comp for an hour. (obviously just an example)

We have moved our backup times, I believe it is a combination of backup and rollover at the same time (which wasn't supposed to happen) that was caused the RO problem.  The backups are now 3 hours after rollover.
